The Priority Treatment Program (PPT) is AMORH’s prepaid package program with volume discounts. It is not a temporary promotion or limited-time offer — it is a permanent, structural program designed for patients who confirm continuity in their therapeutic process and wish to reduce the total cost of their treatment.
By purchasing a PPT package, you agree to the following terms:
1. Validity
Sessions included in the package must be used within 18 months of the purchase date. Sessions unused after this period are considered expired and do not qualify for a refund, credit, or extension.
2. Final Payments
All payments are final once the purchase is confirmed. The package is considered initiated at the moment payment is confirmed.
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- Sessions unused by the patient’s own choice within the validity period
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless the session is rescheduled within the same calendar week
- No-shows
Exception — termination by AMORH’s decision: if AMORH declines or concludes the provision of services based on clinical or operational criteria, the amount corresponding to prepaid sessions not yet rendered will be refunded in full. The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of formal notice of termination.
3. Guaranteed Rate
The per-session rate agreed upon at the time of purchase will be honored for all sessions in the package, regardless of any subsequent changes to AMORH’s standard rates.
4. Exchange Rate
Applicable exchange rate: 1 USD = 20 MXN, fixed at the time of payment. Subsequent fluctuations in the exchange rate do not entitle the patient to adjustments or refunds.
5. Non-Transferability
Package sessions are for the exclusive use of the patient who made the purchase and may not be assigned or transferred to third parties.
6. Applicable Modalities
The PPT applies to all session modalities: video call and in-person, individual and couples, in Spanish and English. The discount is calculated based on the rate corresponding to the modality selected at the time of purchase.
7. Billing Errors
In the event of duplicate charges or billing errors attributable to AMORH, an equivalent session credit or adjustment to the next charge will be issued. Cash refunds are not provided.
8. Initial Consultation (CVI)
The Initial Consultation (CVI) is always complimentary and independent of the PPT. Purchasing a PPT package does not include or replace the Initial Consultation.
9. Payments Covering Future Sessions
When a single payment covers both a session already rendered and a session yet to take place, only the portion corresponding to the unrendered session is eligible for a refund in the event of termination by AMORH’s decision. The portion corresponding to the session already rendered is governed by the general final payments rule.
